After initial funding of $13.9 million in 2022 for phase I of the Resilient Water Development Programme for Improved Livelihoods in Borana, Ethiopia, the African Development Fund (ADF) is back with a second grant of $46.02 million. The grant will be used to finance phase II of the programme, which aims to support climate resilience.
