The Hydrogen Agreement is one of the 40 Technology Cooperation Agreements (TCP) of the International Energy Agency (IEA). This initiative aims to develop scientific and technical cooperation and global analysis on hydrogen, a key energy vector in the ecological transition on an international scale. In this interview conducted on the sidelines of the 13th edition of the Arbois and Mediterranean Round Tables, which ended on 4 May 2023 in Aix-en-Provence, France, Paul Lucchese, President of the Agreement, discusses this international initiative and the role that hydrogen can play in the decarbonisation of heavy industries.
